WAIT!!! Don’t Get Overwhelmed!
The idea of creating a business plan sends most people into a tailspin! I know it did me! I was overwhelmed when I first started researching about this thing called a business plan that everyone said I needed.
As you can probably imagine, there is PLENTY of information available on the Internet on business planning. Before long, I had accumulated piles of website URLs, sample business plans and worksheets.
I had all the information I needed but where did I start?
Although I am a fairly organized person, this was WAY TOOO MUCH INFORMATION!
Here were just a few things I found was necessary when I began my business plan:

- Start-Up Summary
- Product/Service Description
- Market Analysis
- Market Segmentation
- Industry Analysis
- Strategy and Implementation
- Sales Strategy
- Management Strategy
- Financial Plan
I don’t know about you but my head was buzzing! All I wanted to do was to start a small business doing what I loved! Where did all this other stuff fit in?
Yes, It took me some time, but eventually I was able to complete everything. This plan really did set me up for success, making my goals crystal clear.

How do I get started now? I would like to earn some extra money during this holiday season. I was on your FB page and understand that Tuesday I can post my pics for others to look at.
My daughter has been diagnosed with cancer this past May and will be needing to help her with travel, etc.
To keep me from going insane and having nervous energy, I love creating wreaths and enjoy the satisfying results. It’s better than eating out of depression.

Nancy I am looking forward to the info on business plans I made one years ago but it is so outdated and probably no where near where it should be. Thank you for your extreme generosity. I want so much to make my business a success. I want to purchase youR book, the easel, join Best of Nancy. ALL THAT! But, I have been helping my daughter with her three kids and they live with me so sometimes my funds go elsewhere but I am grateful to the Lord I can help her because she is so beloved to me and the kids are great. She is almost on her feet again and then I will be able to focus on me and really taking my business to the next level. This business plan will be very helpful for me in the future.
